Terms of Service.

Your cards. Clear terms. How Azura works, what it costs and what to know before you spend.

About these terms

These terms govern the Azura website and the Azura service: crypto-funded virtual cards for advertising, AI tools, cloud services and subscriptions. Azura is a brand of Azuria Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. “Azura”, “we” and “our” refer to Azuria Labs LLC operating the Azura brand; “you” means the visitor or customer and, where applicable, the business they represent.

You accept these terms, including the card rules shown in your dashboard, when you create an Azura account; the registration form asks for that agreement explicitly, and we record when you gave it and which revision you accepted. Browsing the website alone does not create an account or a payment obligation. The card rules form part of these terms; the version shown before you create, top up, unlock or close a card applies to that action.

Eligibility & availability

Azura serves both business customers and individual customers through the same dashboard and service. Typical uses include advertising, cloud services and software subscriptions. You must be at least 18, have reached the age of majority where you live and be legally able to enter into the agreement. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it.

The service is not available in sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions, or where applicable local law forbids it. Where the card issuer or our payment processor restricts a country or region, we tell you before it affects an order. You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax obligations that apply to your use. This does not transfer the operator’s own legal obligations to you.

If your network blocks the dashboard or a checkout page, you may use a VPN or a residential connection in a supported region. Choose a VPN location that matches the card’s billing country; a mismatch is a common reason for a declined payment. A VPN changes how you connect; it does not by itself change a card’s validity or guarantee acceptance. Access from a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction remains forbidden regardless of the connection used.

Your account & privacy

Keep your account details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and funds you are entitled to control. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a payment you do not recognize. Responsibility for a disputed transaction depends on the facts, applicable law and the relevant cardholder agreement; account access alone does not settle that responsibility.

Azura’s standard onboarding does not require identity-document or selfie uploads. No KYC does not mean no data processing, anonymity or exemption from legal requirements. Account, security and transaction information is still processed to run the service. If a legally required check or a partner restriction applies to your account, we tell you before it affects an order.

The product allows a cardholder name of your choice. This does not authorize impersonation, fraud or misrepresentation, and merchants may apply their own matching and acceptance requirements. See our Privacy Policy for the current data-processing position.

Cards for different uses

  • Ads Card. A virtual card intended for advertising spend outside X (Twitter).
  • X Ads Card. A virtual card for X (Twitter) Ads. The regular Ads Card is not accepted at X’s checkout.
  • AI Card. A virtual card intended for AI tools, cloud infrastructure and software subscriptions.

The cards are issued by a third-party card issuer; Azura provides your account, the dashboard and support. The card network (Visa or Mastercard) is shown on your issued card. Azura is not a bank and holds no banking licence; balances with Azura are not bank deposits and carry no deposit insurance. If the card issuer or another institution that holds funds for the service fails, balances held through it are at risk in the same way as any prepaid balance.

Every card is bought together with its first top-up. The card number, expiry date and security code appear in your dashboard once that top-up is confirmed. These products do not support pairing with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

3-D Secure. For Ads Card, X Ads Card and AI Card, the card provider automatically confirms all 3-D Secure authentication requests. No 3DS code is sent and no action is required from you to complete 3DS. This does not guarantee payment approval: payments remain subject to available funds, merchant acceptance and issuer and card-network rules.

A card may be declined by a merchant, issuer or network. A platform logo is not an endorsement or a guarantee of acceptance. Card creation in under two minutes is a product estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Spending limits, restricted merchant categories and other card restrictions apply as shown in the card rules in your dashboard; cash access, offline use and phone wallets are not supported.

Crypto deposits & card funding

The flow is crypto deposit → USD account balance → card balance. Deposits are processed by a third-party crypto payment processor. The coins and networks offered in the deposit dialog are the ones you can use; the current choice includes USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC and XMR on the networks shown there. Displaying a coin elsewhere on the website does not make every network or token variant supported.

  • Minimum amounts. Each crypto deposit has a minimum requested account credit of $20; the deposit fee is added to the payment. Each card top-up has a minimum entered amount of $20 before its fee is deducted. Creating a card is a separate $5.00 charge.
  • Payment instructions. Check the address, network, amount, quote and its expiry before sending funds. The deposit dialog shows the exact crypto amount and how long that rate is locked; if the lock expires before you send, start a new deposit. A transfer that arrives late or in an unexpected amount goes into review and is credited once it can be matched to your deposit.
  • Blockchain risks. Send only the quoted asset, on the quoted network, to the address shown in your deposit instructions. Azura cannot recover a transfer of another asset or over another network; in some cases our payment processor can trace it, but recovery is not guaranteed. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed; an incorrect address may cause permanent loss.
  • Screening. Incoming transfers are screened automatically, including by our payment processor. A flagged transfer may be held and is credited only once the review clears it. If it fails, it may be returned to the sender under the processor’s policy, less network fees, or handled as the law requires, and any credit already given for it is reversed. We may ask you about a flagged transfer and may suspend accounts that repeatedly receive flagged funds.
  • Timing and exchange rates. Network congestion, confirmations, checks and price movements can affect timing and the amount credited. If less than the quoted amount arrives, the amount received is credited proportionately on the quoted terms; a flat network fee shown in the quote applies in full. You may send the remainder to the same deposit address to complete that load, subject to the live quote’s validity and payment instructions. If Azura or its payment processor returns a transfer to the sender, the corresponding credit is reversed in your statement. Wallet or network charges are separate from Azura’s fees.

Loaded balances are funds for spending through the service, not bank deposits. They do not earn interest or carry deposit insurance, and funding is exposed to applicable fees, exchange-rate movements and network risks. There is no regular withdrawal or cash-out facility. Load only what you intend to spend. Any mandatory rights to reimbursement remain unaffected.

The complete Azura fee schedule

The $5.00 one-time card creation fee, 4% card top-up fee and 0.6% crypto deposit fee apply equally to Ads Card, X Ads Card and AI Card. The card creation fee is a launch offer; the regular price is $10.00. We may end the offer for new cards with notice on this page; the price shown when you confirm a card order is the price of that card. The fee table below is the current published schedule. Every order in the dashboard shows the amount, the relevant fees and the net amount before you confirm.

Azura fees · amounts in USD
FeeAmountWhen it applies
Card creation$5.00 (launch offer, regular $10.00)Once for each new card
Crypto deposit0.6%Added to the requested USD account credit
Card top-up4%Deducted from each amount loaded onto a card
Voluntary card unload / close1%Deducted from funds returned to your main Azura balance; permitted partial returns start at $5.00 before the fee
Declined payment$0.25Per declined payment attempt
Merchant refund2% (Ads Card) · 4% (AI Card) · 4% (X Ads Card)Of a refund a merchant returns to your card, in total: the card network keeps part of it before it lands, the rest is charged to your main balance; covers refund processing costs; the 1% return fee does not also apply
Card creation after burn closes$15.00 / $20.00Replaces the standard card creation fee while two (or three and more) burn closes fall within the last 30 days; see below
Monthly maintenance$0.00No monthly subscription; the $29 monthly spending requirement below is activity, not a fee
Successful payment$0.00No Azura fee per successful payment
Azura FX markup0%The card network’s conversion rate still applies

For example, requesting $100.00 in account credit adds a 0.6% deposit fee of $0.60, for a total payment of $100.60. The full $100.00 reaches the account balance. A $100 card top-up credits $96 after the 4% top-up fee; the account must have enough balance to fund that top-up. Card creation is charged separately. Amounts are calculated in cents and rounded to the nearest cent.

Burn closes and the card creation price. Closing a used card before real spend has settled on it, or while a merchant is still billing it, counts as a “burn close”. Closing a never-used card, or a card with real settled spend and no unpaid merchant bill, never does. Burn closes are counted per account over a rolling 30-day window. While that count is two, your next card costs $15.00 instead of $5.00; while it is three or more, $20.00, which is the maximum, and new cards are paused until fewer than three remain. Your existing cards, deposits and top-ups keep working. The exact rule is part of the card rules in your dashboard; the current price and its reason are shown before you confirm a card order. The 1% return fee on a voluntary card close applies regardless of how the close is classified.

Card limits. Each account can hold up to 5 active cards and create up to 10 new cards within 30 days. Cards that could not be issued do not count. We raise these limits on request through support, and we may set a lower limit for an account where these terms allow us to restrict it; the dashboard then shows the reason.

External blockchain charges, merchant charges and exchange-rate effects are not Azura fees. There is no subscription plan and, because balances are not paid out, no withdrawal fee. A price change is announced on this page with the notice required by applicable law and never changes a completed order; the price shown when you confirm an order is the price of that order. The pricing section describes the same fee schedule.

Payments, renewals & card blocks

Permitted card purposes. Use Ads Card and X Ads Card only for advertising payments. The regular Ads Card does not support X (Twitter); choose X Ads Card for X advertising. Use AI Card only for AI tools, cloud services, paid APIs and SaaS subscriptions. These are Azura’s permitted-use rules; they do not guarantee merchant acceptance.

Currency and spending limits. Account and card balances are in USD. Each card carries daily and monthly spending limits, a maximum per payment and a maximum balance. They are shown in your dashboard before you create the card and on the card afterwards, and the issuer may apply a lower effective limit. A limit is not a guarantee that every merchant charge will be accepted.

Keep your card active. Spend at least $29 per month on each card to keep it active. This is spending with merchants, not a monthly Azura fee. After three inactive months, the card is retired and its remaining balance returns to your main Azura balance without a return fee. The creation fee paid for the issued card is not refunded when it is retired, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Keep a small positive balance on any active card you intend to use, and enough to cover the full merchant charge, including any applicable tax, currency conversion or authorization hold. Repeated payment attempts with no available funds may also cause a network flag or block. Card funds and the main account balance are separate; a positive account balance does not automatically top up a card.

We lock a card after two consecutive payment declines caused by insufficient funds (an NSF lock). Each declined attempt carries the $0.25 fee above. The lock lifts by itself once a top-up covers the charge that was declined; repaying a card debt alone may not be enough. You can also unlock the card yourself once per lock, for example after moving the recurring charge to another payment method. Further insufficient-funds declines after an unlock lead to a final warning and then to the retirement of the card, with its remaining balance returned to your Azura balance. The stages and their time limits are part of the card rules in your dashboard.

Restricted merchant categories. Payments in restricted merchant categories are declined by the issuer at any balance, and each attempt counts as a strike, separately from the NSF rules. Repeated strikes freeze the card under a merchant-category lock; where eligible, you can unlock it yourself once per reset window after acknowledging the card rules, after which the card is on probation. Further restricted attempts during probation lead to a final warning, a freeze and finally the retirement of the card, with its balance returned to your account balance without a return fee. An ordinary unfreeze or top-up does not remove this lock. The restricted categories, the strike counts and the time windows are listed in the card rules in your dashboard.

One card per advertiser account. A card is for one advertising account (for example one Google Ads or one TikTok Ads account). Using one card behind several advertiser accounts is prohibited use: advertising platforms read one card number behind many accounts as card testing, and every customer on the same card range pays for it. When a card appears behind several accounts we warn you in the dashboard and by e-mail; if it continues, the card is locked. Topping up does not lift this lock and there is no self-service unlock; contact support for a review, and expect to be asked which accounts you used the card for. Your balance remains yours while the card is locked: you can return it to your account balance (1% return fee) or close the card. If you run several advertiser accounts, buy a separate card for each. If a second card on your account is locked for this within 12 months, we pause new cards on your account until our support team has reviewed it; your existing cards, deposits, top-ups and returns keep working.

Freezing a card does not cancel a subscription, settle a merchant dispute or remove a debt to a merchant. Cancel recurring services with the merchant and follow its cancellation process. Authorization holds, delayed presentment, reversals and merchant refunds are governed by the applicable cardholder and network rules.

Card debt. A merchant settlement that arrives late or higher than the authorized amount can take a card below zero; the difference is a debt on that card. Each declined payment attempt on a card without balance adds the $0.25 decline fee to that debt. We may repay such a debt automatically from your account balance, including any later deposit or return from another card, at the normal 4% load fee shown above; the repayment covers the debt and its fee, nothing more is taken from your balance. If we cover a card debt from our own funds, you owe us that amount plus the load fee, and it is taken from your next deposit. While a card debt is open we pause new cards and loads to your other cards. If the debt stays open, we first freeze the card and then close it for good; the deadlines are part of the card rules in your dashboard, and your notices tell you in good time before the card is closed. After such a closure you still owe us the debt, and it is taken from your next deposit. A card closed this way is not reopened.

Charges after a card is closed. A merchant you were paying may keep presenting its bill to a closed card for up to 30 days. Each such declined attempt costs the $0.25 decline fee, which is charged to your account balance and, if the balance is empty, is owed to us and taken from your next deposit. Update the payment method with the merchant before closing a card.

Keep sign-in and account-authentication codes private. Payments remain subject to merchant, issuer and network decisions.

Responsible use

Use the website and the service lawfully. In particular, do not:

  • Use stolen funds, stolen credentials, impersonation or deceptive payment information.
  • Launder money, finance terrorism, evade applicable sanctions or facilitate other unlawful transactions.
  • Exploit a vulnerability, interfere with the service, access another person’s account or circumvent security controls.
  • Sell, rent or transfer account access or cards without authorization under the applicable service agreement.
  • Use a card to carry out fraud or deliberately evade a merchant’s or advertising platform’s lawful restrictions.

Restricted uses. The cards must not be used for games and digital-goods purchases, gambling, cash withdrawals, money transfers, buying gift cards or other stored value, buying crypto or funding exchange accounts or e-wallets. The issuer declines such payments; the decline fee applies and the strike rules above follow. Google Ads' own card verification is the only charge admitted in the games category, during a short window while Google checks the card. That window is not permission to buy games: a game purchase approved in it locks the card, and a repeat closes the card and returns its remaining balance to your account balance. After a second such case within 12 months we pause new cards on your account, while deposits, top-ups and existing cards keep working; repeated cases may lead to the closure of your account. The current list of restricted categories is part of the card rules in your dashboard; it is not a guarantee that every other merchant is accepted.

Refunds, disputes & unused funds

Unused funds. Account and card balances are for spending through the service and cannot be withdrawn to a wallet or bank account. You can return unused card funds to your Azura balance; partial returns start at $5.00 before the return fee. Card creation and funding fees are not refunded once the service has been performed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These rules do not remove mandatory withdrawal, reimbursement or unauthorized-payment rights.

Closing a card. Pending payments, a transfer still processing or an open card debt can delay a close, and a used card first needs some settled spend or age. The card rules in your dashboard state the exact conditions, and the card page shows when closing becomes available.

Expiry. An expired card is retired automatically and its remaining balance returns to your main Azura balance without a return fee. Its creation fee is not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Merchant refunds. A refund is issued by the merchant, not by Azura: ask the merchant for it. It is credited to the card you paid with; a refund that arrives after that card was closed goes to your Azura balance. Either way the merchant refund fee shown in the fee table applies.

Disputes. If you see a payment you do not recognise or that is wrong:

  • If you suspect that someone else used the card details, freeze the card in your dashboard straight away.
  • For a wrong amount, a service that was not delivered or a subscription charged after you cancelled, contact the merchant first. Most of these cases end with a merchant refund.
  • If the merchant does not resolve it, or you did not make the payment, contact support promptly with the card, the date, the amount, the merchant and any correspondence with the merchant.

We review your request and, where the card issuer’s rules allow it, pass it on for review. Not every payment can be disputed: a payment a merchant has captured often cannot be reversed by anyone but the merchant, so the merchant remains your first route. Where a review is possible, the issuer and the card network decide under their own rules and deadlines, which run from the date of the payment; contacting the merchant does not extend them, so report early. We cannot guarantee the outcome. If money comes back, it is credited to you; otherwise the payment stands.

Disputing a payment you made yourself for something you received, for example ads that were delivered, is misuse of the service. Advertising platforms commonly suspend accounts that receive chargebacks, so settle billing questions with the platform first. Never send a password, full card number or authentication code in a support message.

Restrictions & account closure

We may suspend cards, restrict access or terminate the service where reasonably necessary to protect customers, payment networks or the integrity of the service. Grounds include suspected fraud or abuse, breaches of these terms, repeated flagged transfers, a security incident, provider requirements, applicable law or a lawful order. Restrictions should be proportionate to the reason. Where permitted, the customer should receive an explanation and a way to contest an error; information may be withheld where disclosure is unlawful or would compromise security.

You can close your account in the dashboard at any time. Close your cards first; closing a card returns its balance to your main Azura balance. Before closing, cancel merchant subscriptions and review pending charges. Closure does not create a withdrawal facility: balances are not paid out. If money is left on your main balance, the dashboard offers two choices, to spend it first or to close the account anyway. If you choose to close anyway and confirm that you understand, the remaining balance is forfeited at closure and cannot be restored later. Merchant refunds that reach a closed account are reviewed by our support team. Closure does not erase records that must lawfully be retained. Where applicable law requires us to repay a balance, that requirement takes precedence over this forfeiture.

Referral programme

For each person who registers through your personal invitation link, you receive $5.00 of account credit once that person has topped up a total of $500.00 onto their Azura cards, and a further $5.00 for every additional $1,000.00 they top up, for as long as their account is open. Only card top-ups the invited person paid for count, from their registration on, each at the amount paid including the top-up fee; crypto deposits, card creation fees and repayments of card debt do not. The invitation is recorded when the person registers through your link and cannot be added later. While the programme is active, credit is added automatically when a step is reached. This is spending credit for your cards, not a cash payout. Your dashboard shows totals only (people invited, people past the first step, credit earned), never the top-ups of an individual person. A link click or registration alone does not qualify. No reward for the invited person is promised.

Do not use self-referrals, fabricated accounts, spam or misleading claims to generate rewards. A reward may be withheld or reversed where the referral is fraudulent, duplicated or does not meet the published rules. Material programme changes should apply prospectively and respect rewards already validly earned.

Website content & third-party services

The website’s original branding, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the website and save or print these legal documents for reference. This does not grant a right to misuse the Azura brand or another party’s content. Rights granted by law or an applicable open-source licence are unaffected.

Third-party names and logos identify the services discussed. They do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or universal compatibility. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

Availability & responsibility

Azura does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Product descriptions, funding examples and information about cryptocurrencies are general information, not a personal recommendation. You are responsible for your decisions and for obtaining independent advice where needed.

We work to keep the service available, but merchant acceptance, uninterrupted uptime and uninterrupted advertising delivery are not guaranteed. Card issuing, card payments and crypto deposits also depend on third parties, such as the card issuer, the card networks, our payment processor and the blockchains involved; a delay or outage on their side can delay an order.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost advertising results, or for losses caused by crypto price movements, network or blockchain outages, or the decisions of merchants, advertising platforms, the card issuer or the card networks. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. This does not reduce your balance, which remains yours under these terms, and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, intent or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses, fines and reasonable costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise because you broke these terms or the law, misused a card, your account or the funds behind them, infringed someone else’s rights, or because of a dispute between you and a merchant, a platform or another third party. This does not apply where the loss was caused by our own fault, survives the closure of your account and applies to consumers only as far as the law allows.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, unrest, sanctions, acts of governments or authorities, power or internet failures, blockchain outages, congestion or forks, or an outage, suspension or withdrawal of service by the card issuer, a card network or our payment processor. While such an event lasts, we tell you what we reasonably can. If it prevents the service for a long time, either side may close the account; your remaining balance is then handled as described under account closure.

Governing law & consumer rights

The operator is Azuria Labs LLC, a Wyoming LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally with our support team shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, send a written notice to the support contact below describing what happened, what you want and which account it concerns. Both sides then have 30 days to resolve it in good faith. To the extent the law allows, claims are brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action. Either side may still bring an individual claim in a small-claims court.

Individual customers receive the consumer protections that apply to their contract, including any statutory right to cancel and the complaints route of their jurisdiction. Complaints go to the support contact below; we answer in writing. Marketing a product for business use does not remove mandatory protections from a customer who legally qualifies as a consumer.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, including any right that law gives you to bring a claim in your local courts.

Updates to these terms

The revision date identifies the latest update to these terms. We may update them as the service changes; material changes that affect existing customers are announced in the dashboard or by e-mail with the notice required by law, and apply from the date stated. If you keep using your account after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account. Continued browsing alone is never treated as acceptance of a new fee or a new paid service.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information processing and browser storage; neither replaces any consent separately required for processing or storage.

Language. These terms are written in English. Where we offer a translation, it is provided for convenience only. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version prevails.

General

  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with the fee schedule, the card rules in your dashboard and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
  • Severability. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is limited to the extent needed to make it valid, or removed; the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we keep it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or in a merger, financing or sale of the business, provided your rights are not reduced.
  • Electronic communication. Notices and statements are given by e-mail or in the dashboard, and that counts as writing. Keep a working e-mail address on your account; a notice sent there counts as received.
