Do I need to upload an ID?

No KYC: no ID upload, no selfie and no bank account to connect. You still need an Azura account to create and manage your cards.

How quickly can I start paying for ads?

Card creation takes under two minutes. Fund your Azura balance with crypto, then load your card. Your deposit is credited once the network confirms it; how long that takes depends on the coin.

What happens to my funds if an ad account gets banned?

Your money isn’t tied to the ad account. Return what’s left on the card to your Azura balance (1% return fee, partial returns from $5), and use it for your other campaigns or for a card on another ad account you run. Charges still pending from the old account can reduce what’s available to return; the Azura balance itself stays within Azura. A new card does not lift a platform suspension; that is the platform’s review.

How many cards can I create?

As many as your work needs: one per client, ad account or market. Each card has its own creation fee and its own balance, and your available capacity is shown before you create one.

Are there spending limits on a card?

Yes. Every card comes with daily and monthly limits, shown before you create it and in your dashboard at any time. Need more room? Spread spend across additional cards.

Will I get 3-D Secure codes at checkout?

No codes, no waiting. 3-D Secure is confirmed automatically for Azura cards, so a checkout never stalls waiting for a code. Approval still depends on the merchant, the card network and your available balance.

Does every new card cost the same?

Usually, yes. Repeated qualifying early card closures can raise your next card to $15 after two, or $20 after three or more, within 30 days. Your price is always shown before you confirm.
