What exactly is Azura?

Azura is built for individual media buyers, freelancers and teams. You do not need to link a business bank account to fund your cards.

What do I need to get started?

An email address and crypto to fund your balance. No ID uploads or linked bank account are required. Allow for the $5 card creation fee (launch offer, normally $10), funding fees and the amount you want to load onto your card.

Do I need KYC or a bank account?

Accepted Answer

No. Azura does not require routine identity verification or a linked bank account. Fund your balance with crypto and choose the card that fits your spending.

Do I need to upload my ID?

No. You do not need to upload a passport, ID card or selfie to get started. Account and payment information is still needed to operate the service; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Card creation takes under two minutes once your balance is funded. Creating a card costs $5 (launch offer, normally $10); budget separately for its first top-up and the funding fees.

Which countries do you support?

Azura is not available in sanctioned or otherwise prohibited jurisdictions, or where local law forbids it; you must be at least 18. Elsewhere you can open an account and fund it with crypto. Whether a specific merchant accepts the card’s billing country is the merchant’s decision.

Is the dashboard demo using real money?

No. The demo uses simulated balances, transactions and card details. It does not accept deposits, issue usable cards or process real payments.

Which cryptocurrencies can I top up with?

Accepted Answer

USDT (BNB Chain, Tron, Ethereum or Solana), USDC (Ethereum), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Monero (XMR). Pick the coin and network in the deposit dialog and send exactly that; a transfer on another network cannot be credited.

What is the minimum top-up?

For a crypto deposit, request at least $20 in account credit; the 0.6% deposit fee is added to your payment. Card top-ups have a $20 minimum before the 4% top-up fee is deducted. Creating a card costs $5 separately.

What’s the difference between a deposit and a card top-up?

Accepted Answer

A deposit adds your chosen USD amount to your Azura balance, with a 0.6% fee added to the payment. A card top-up moves money from that balance onto a specific card, with 4% deducted from the top-up amount. Payments use the balance on that card, so adding crypto alone does not top up your cards.

At what rate is my crypto converted — and when?

Your crypto payment covers the requested USD account credit plus the 0.6% deposit fee. When you start a deposit, the dashboard shows the exact crypto amount to send and how long that rate is locked. Send the full amount within that window and the requested USD credit lands in your account in full once the network confirms it. If less arrives, the amount received is credited proportionately.

$5 once to create a card (launch offer, normally $10), 0.6% to deposit crypto, 4% to top up a card and $0.25 per declined payment attempt. There is no monthly fee, per-payment fee or Azura FX markup.

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

Standard Azura fees include $5 per card (launch offer, normally $10), 0.6% per crypto deposit, 4% per card top-up and $0.25 per declined attempt. A voluntary return from a card to your balance costs 1%, a merchant refund 2% (Ads Card) or 4% (AI Card and X Ads Card), and repeated burn closes can increase the next creation fee; see the Terms for the full schedule. Monthly fees and successful-payment fees are $0, and Azura adds 0% FX markup. Spend at least $29 per month on each card to keep it active. After three inactive months, the card is retired and its remaining balance returns to your main balance without a return fee; the card creation fee is not refunded.

Do I pay the card fee every time I top up?

No. The $5 fee applies once when you create a card. Later top-ups have a 4% fee and a $20 minimum before fees, with no additional creation charge.

Do I get anything for inviting a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share your invite link from the dashboard. $5 when your friend has topped up $500, then $5 for every further $1,000. For life. What counts is what your friend tops up onto their cards from signup on; deposits, the card price and debt repayments do not. Rewards arrive as account credit for your cards and cannot be withdrawn.

Can I pay in currencies other than USD?

Yes. Your balance is in USD. When a merchant charges in another currency, the card network handles the conversion at its exchange rate. Azura adds no FX markup.

Can I withdraw my balance?

Accepted Answer

No. Your Azura balance cannot be withdrawn to a crypto wallet or bank account; it is there to be spent. What you can do is move unused funds from a card back to your Azura balance (1% return fee) and use them for another card or top-up. Load only what you plan to spend.

Question 19

I sent a deposit with the wrong coin or on the wrong network. Is my money gone?

Accepted Answer

Azura cannot recover a transfer sent with a different coin or over a different network than the one shown in your deposit instructions, and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. In some cases our payment processor can trace such a transfer, but recovery is not guaranteed. If it happens, contact support with the transaction hash, coin, network and destination address. Before every transfer, check that both the coin and the network match the instructions.

Are the cards Visa or Mastercard?

Azura offers virtual cards for online payments through Visa or Mastercard. Use the network shown on your issued card when checking a merchant’s payment requirements.

Can I add my card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Accepted Answer

No. Azura cards cannot be added to Apple Pay, Google Pay or another phone wallet. Use the card number, expiry and security code at an online card checkout instead. These details become available once the card’s first top-up is confirmed.

Can I send card funds to a crypto exchange or another payment service?

Accepted Answer

No. Azura cards are for ads, AI tools, cloud services and subscriptions. Buying crypto, funding an exchange account, money transfers, e-wallet top-ups, gambling, game purchases and cash withdrawals are not permitted. Such payments are declined, each declined attempt costs $0.25, and repeated attempts can lock the card. The card rules in your dashboard explain the details.

How many cards can I create?

As many as your work needs: one per client, ad account or tool. Each new card costs $5 (launch offer, normally $10). New accounts start with an allowance of 5 active cards and 10 new cards per 30 days, a small protection against abuse. Need more? Ask support and we raise it.

Question 24

What name and billing address are on the card?

Accepted Answer

Use the cardholder name of your choice. This is separate from the internal card label you use to organise your dashboard. Follow the billing details supplied with your issued card and the merchant’s own requirements.

Can I set limits on a card?

Accepted Answer

Each card has its own funded balance, so you decide how much to load for its purpose. On top of that, every card comes with daily and monthly spending limits and a maximum per payment. You see them in your dashboard before you create the card and on the card afterwards. A card balance does not limit what a service can bill you for; set usage caps with the provider itself.

What's the difference between freezing and deleting a card?

A manual freeze pauses new payments and can normally be reversed. Closing a card retires it, subject to its return and closure eligibility. Neither action cancels a subscription agreement. A card locked for insufficient funds or another restriction cannot be restored with the normal unfreeze control; follow its specific recovery requirements.

Question 27

A platform flagged or declined my card. What happens now?

Accepted Answer

Check the recorded decline reason, card balance and billing details before retrying. Each declined attempt costs $0.25. Two consecutive declines for insufficient funds lock the card. Recovering from that lock requires sufficient confirmed funding and the applicable unlock conditions; an ordinary unfreeze cannot bypass it. Merchant-category and account-abuse restrictions follow separate rules in the Terms.

Do cards expire?

Yes. Your card’s expiry date appears with its card details. An expired card retires automatically and its remaining balance returns to your Azura balance without a return fee; the creation fee is not refunded. Before the expiry date, create a new card and update the payment method with your merchants, so renewals keep going through.

Will the cards actually get approved on ad platforms?

Ads Card and X Ads Card are built for advertising checkouts: 3-D Secure is confirmed automatically, so a payment never stalls waiting for a code, and card details are ready as soon as the first top-up lands. Whether a specific payment goes through still depends on the platform’s requirements, your card balance and billing details. We don’t promise approval of every account or charge.

Which card should I use for X (Twitter) Ads?

Choose the X Ads Card. X does not accept the regular Ads Card at its checkout. The X Ads Card has the same $5 one-time creation fee, 4% card top-up fee and 0.6% crypto deposit fee. You can find it on the Ads Card page.

Why did my previous cards always get declined?

Accepted Answer

A decline can relate to available balance, billing details, verification or the platform’s payment rules. Check the reason given for the payment before retrying. A card’s number range alone does not tell you why a specific payment failed.

How do I avoid ad account bans caused by payments?

Accepted Answer

Keep enough card balance for upcoming charges and check your billing details. Use a separate card for each advertising account. These steps reduce avoidable payment problems, but the platform controls account reviews and restrictions.

Do Azura cards support 3-D Secure?

Accepted Answer

For Ads Card, X Ads Card and AI Card, the card provider automatically confirms all 3-D Secure authentication requests. No 3DS code is sent and no action is needed from you to complete 3DS. Payment approval still depends on the merchant, issuer, card network and available funds.

Anything special about Google's billing thresholds?

Check the billing schedule and payment settings in your Google Ads account. Keep enough balance on the card for the next expected charge and top up before increasing campaign spend. Azura’s account balance and card balance are separate.

Which platforms work beyond Google, Meta, TikTok and X?

The Ads Card is designed for advertising beyond X, including niche and regional platforms that accept eligible card payments. For X (Twitter) Ads, choose the X Ads Card: X does not accept the regular Ads Card at checkout. Each platform’s payment and account requirements still apply.

Which Azura card is for cloud services?

Accepted Answer

Use the AI Card for cloud services, AI tools and subscriptions. It covers your software and infrastructure without a separate Cloud Card. The Ads Card and X Ads Card are the advertising choices.

Can I use the AI Card for usage-based cloud charges?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for eligible card payments from your cloud provider. Check its billing schedule and keep enough card balance for expected charges. Set usage alerts or limits with the provider itself; funding a card does not cap your infrastructure usage.

Does Azura’s no-KYC policy change my cloud provider’s requirements?

Accepted Answer

No. Each provider sets its own account, billing and verification requirements. Azura’s no-KYC onboarding applies to Azura.

Accepted Answer

The AI Card is designed for AI tools and software subscriptions, including ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney. Add it at the service’s card checkout and follow that provider’s payment and account requirements.

Do recurring subscription payments work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The AI Card supports recurring card payments. Keep enough card balance for upcoming renewals and check the provider’s billing schedule. If a payment fails, any retry, suspension or cancellation follows the provider’s rules.

Can I pay usage-based API bills, like OpenAI or Anthropic APIs?

Accepted Answer

Use the AI Card where your API provider accepts eligible card payments. Check its payment options and charging schedule. Manage usage limits with the provider directly; the balance on your card is not a hard limit on the charges you can incur.

What's the cleanest way to end a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Cancel directly with the service and check for outstanding charges. Freezing or closing a card affects card payments; it does not cancel your subscription agreement or remove obligations to the provider.

A service charged $1 and then refunded it. What was that?

Accepted Answer

It may be a temporary authorization used to verify the card. A hold can reduce your available balance until it is released. Check the transaction status; the amount and release timing depend on the merchant and card issuer.

Can my team share one balance?

Fund one Azura balance with crypto, then load individual cards from it. Each card has its own spending balance. Separate cards help you organise campaigns and tools; team access and permission options are still being confirmed.

No. Deposits fund your Azura account. The deposit fee is added to your payment, so you receive the requested USD credit in full. You then load individual cards from that balance, with the 4% card top-up fee deducted. Card payments use the amount available on the card.

Protect your sign-in credentials and never share passwords or full card details in support messages. The Privacy Policy explains which account and transaction data are processed and the current protection measures. No routine ID upload is required to get started.
